Refund policy
You are entitled to return your bicycle within 30 days, with no necessity to state reasons. The period of 30 days starts with the handing over the bike to you or a third person you appointed, except the carrier.
The 30-day money back applies only if all the conditions below are valid:
- Total mileage is below 20km
- The bike is not damaged and it is in the same condition in which it was received
- The bike is returned in its original package and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised
In order to return your bicycle, you need to declare clearly in writing the wish to cancel. You can download a return declaration from HERE

You will receive a confirmation to your claim. Once you receive the confirmation email you must send back the order in 14 days. Shipping cost of return is paid by the consumer and prices vary depending on the shipping company.

Consequences of cancellation
In case of a valid cancellation, we are returning all payments we received from you within a 14 day time period of receiving the goods and verifying their condition. Refunds will be done by the same payment method chosen when making the order unless otherwise agreed. By no means will we be charging fees for refunds. We can refuse refunds if the goods are damaged and/or sealed in packages different from their original packaging or if the packaging and the product are not in the same condition as received.
